EzTouch

A broadband Internet service that is hassle-free, simple and modular – giving you maximum flexibility.

Broadband Internet access at hotels is now simpler with the EZTouch service by interTouch. You pay us predictable rates no matter how much your guests use our Internet access facilities, giving you peace of mind to focus on your core business.

All other services are optional, giving you full flexibility to customize your guest offerings.

Ease of Use

Our easy to use plug-and-play system requires minimal assistance. Nevertheless, instructions are just within reach for your guests’ quick reference.

Hotel Support

Our management utilities are provided online through our extranet facilities, for your staff to access our system to extract usage status, training materials and reports as well as to request for technical support services. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this self-service facility reflects our effort to ensure that your needs are taken care of.

Second level technical support is also provided 24x7 to hotel staff.

Pricing Flexibility

The EZTouch service is designed specifically for hotels with a preference for pricing autonomy. You pay us a usage-based monthly fixed fee, and have complete discretion over Internet access charges to your guests.

Standard Instruction Tentcards including replenishment based on the number of rooms contracted

Guest Portal

Free standard templates. Set-up assistance for customized guest portal for hotel chains is chargeable

No customization for single property

Content updates managed by hotel

Technical Support

2nd level over-the-phone technical support to hotel staff, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call costs are borne by the hotel

NOC remote access and support for escalated technical support calls.

Extranet

Online access to view property usage and status reports, download online materials and create customer service requests

Training

2½ to 3 hours of training sessions are provided upon commissioning

A set of hotel guides and training materials are provided
