DOCOMO interTouch system screens are customized to reflect the unique brand image of the partner hotels. The guest name greeting adds a personal touch to the experience of connecting to Broadband.   
       
Multiple Language Options & Auto Language Selection
    
The DOCOMO interTouch system automatically detects the default language of the Guest's laptop, with a pull down menu displaying different language options for the convenience of the guest.   
       
Purchase Options    

Guest purchases option is further enhanced with the drop down menu that allows guest to select the number of days for which the service is required.

Cap Billing

The unique feature of "cap" billing automatically enrolls the user to the next purchase option to ensure that they benefit from the best usage plan available. This is a convenient and hassle free way of minimizing inadvertent "overcharging" of the guest.  

Enhanced Timer    

After the purchase is confirmed, an enhanced timer appears as a reminder to the guest. Upon minimization, it automatically pops up five minutes before the expiry time to prompt the guest to purchase additional time, if required, in order to enjoy uninterrupted Internet services.    
       
Folio Review    

Guests can review their folios from the Broadband system. DOCOMO interTouch also seamlessly supports multiple folios within a room.

In-Room Printing

The DOCOMO interTouch system is connected to the printing solution that allows the guest to send the printing job to the Business Center or Executive Club. Printing can be done without setting printer configuration in the guest's PC.

Without having to connect to the internet, guests are able to navigate to the hotel's home or Food & Beverages (F&B) page, DOCOMO interTouch's homepage, Virus advisory which includes virus scanning for PCs, and also email DOCOMO interTouch support for assistance. Guest can access handy and useful information anytime.
