Wireless connectivity in Conference Room

"Hardwired" Ethernet ports are utilized in combination with Wireless 802.11 Access (WiFi and CentrinoPtmP compliant) which allow meeting organizers the flexibility to set-up data points; whether it is a single port or multiple connections, for hotel conference delegates/guests anywhere in the meeting space. In addition, a dedicated bandwidth can be allocated to specific function room areas where required. This is especially useful for major events where there are a myriad of users or high bandwidth requirements (i.e. video-conferencing) are needed. 

Conference presentations can be made more dynamic by accessing information directly from the internet. Attendees are able to have hands-on experience with individual internet connections, and share information instantly across platforms.

A quick and simple way for conference requests

Requisition and activation of conferences can now be performed efficiently via the conferencing menu that allows the user to create a proposal for upcoming conferences, view the billing information and history of conferences held.

Customized Billing Options

Our system customizes HSIA rates according to guest type. It is important to supporting multiple sales initiatives in partnership with the hotel. Given that the hotel charges different rates for the same room based on guest type, we will be able to support the same approach for Broadband connectivity whereby specific corporate room rates extended to companies could also include discounted/negotiated rates for Broadband connectivity.

Such rates are automatically set upon check-in and are not limited to specific room type, (i.e. executive floors) neither does it require any manual adjustment of the folio upon check-out.

Guest Type Billing

The System has the capability of defining guest type by guest's portfolio. Different guest portfolios (VIP, Executive Club Guest) can be set up to be seamlessly charged different rates. The quality of bandwidth can be controlled based on guestroom type so that upload and download speeds can be based on the pricing set.
