Wireless high-speed Internet access enables guests to browse the Internet or download emails from anywhere in the hotels public areas without being limited by a cable connection.

Access to the service is via a cost effective pre-paid card. To use the service the guest simply switches on their wireless Internet enabled laptop computer or personal digital assistant and opens their Internet browser. They are immediately presented with a Welcome screen and simply key in the user name and password contained on the pre-paid card. In addition, the hotel has upgraded its network and all 723 guestrooms are now wired for high speed broadband Internet access.
The inter-touch service supports the major Virtual Private Networks (VPN’s) used by corporations around the world, providing business travellers secure access to their corporate networks. Customer support is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
