Folio Review: This offers a complete and up to date statement of the guest’s account, based on parameters pre-determined with the Hotel i.e. room rates can be excluded from folio review if desired.

Guest Messaging provides another option for the hotel to ensure that messages are received by the guest. This service provides the guest with:

• quick and easy access to messages without the need to call the front desk
• messages which can be kept for reference during the stay

Optional Features:

Express Check Out: A simple process designed to provide guests with the convenience and freedom to check out themselves from the hotel. Guests can view their charges via folio review feature and then confirm payment of their bill.

Direct Channel Selection: The DOCOMO interTouch's direct television channel selection feature removes the need for traditional graphics channel listing. It provides guests with an easy interface to for TV channel selection on using a remote control.

Wake up call : An easy- to- use feature designed for guests to control their own wake-up call through the interactive TV, which efficiently frees up reception resources.

Mini-Bar Consumption: With the help of a pin code access, housekeeping staff can leverage on the user friendly interface (via TV) to report usage. The charges related to guest’s consumption are then automatically added to the guest’s bill.

Housekeeping Status: This feature is delivered via a dedicated page with pin code access for housekeeping staff to efficiently report the status of guest rooms through the interactive TV.
