interTouch to supply Internet access points and full wireless connectivity across the entire Grand Hyatt Tokyo
SINGAPORE, 23 August 2007… interTouch (http://www.inter-touch.com), a leading broadband Internet provider to the hospitality industry, today announced that it will provide broadband service to Grand Hyatt Tokyo, the flagship hotel of the Global Hyatt Corporation chain in Japan.
Grand Hyatt Tokyo is the third in the Hyatt hotel chain in Japan to be equipped with interTouch technology, after Park Hyatt Tokyo and Hyatt Regency Hakone. The service was implemented in mid-July this year.

The three-year contract will see interTouch providing Grand Hyatt Tokyo a total of 468 access points, including 65 wireless points, to cover public areas, meeting rooms and guest rooms. Seamless integration will enable guests to log on to the Internet anywhere in the hotel. Hotel guests can expect an unrivalled Internet experience that includes plug-and-play, 96 percent first-time connect rate, and a 24-hour Helpdesk which guarantees hotel guests can access immediate advice any time of day or night as needed.
