Technical Support

Field Engineers

Our field engineers install hardware and software infrastructure within hotels. They conduct site surveys, design and plan the hotel network, set up the cabling infrastructure as well as conduct system tests. Other responsibilities of this team include installation of software updates and on-site issue resolution.

Network Operations Center

In addition to on-site engineers, our technical support team also includes the Network Operations Center. This team functions to monitor network activity, implement traffic shaping, as well as oversee hardware and software processes within a hotel network. With network monitoring conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, prompt action can be taken in the event of virus attacks or network abuse.
